The Local 13 Joint Apprentice and Training Committee (JATC) has been a part of Local 13 for over 60 years. Our mission is to provide our Signatory Contractors with the most highly skilled craftspeople in the industry.

The Joint Board is comprised of an equal number of Member and Contractor Representatives.

Staff

Our Training Coordinator is Jerry Landers. Jerry has been a member of Local 13 for over 30 years, graduating from the Local 13 Apprentice Program in 1983. Jerry has worked for a number of contractors, his last position was with Postler & Jaeckle where he did Drawing Coordination and supervised the Fab Shop.
